Annual Meeting Registration
*Online pre-Registration for the 2018 Montreal conference is now closed. For on-site registration, we will accept cash in USD and CAD, checks in USD and CAD, and credit cards. On-site registration will start at 7:30am, Wednesday through Saturday, and will be in the John Molson (MB) Building, 1600 Boulevard de Maisonneuve O, Montréal, QC H3H 1J5, Canada.
*The 2018 Program Revisions Sheet can be found here: 2018 OHA Program Revisions. We will only have a limited number of copies at the conference, so if you need a hard-copy, please print one beforehand.
The online form can be found here. You will need to use your Memberclicks account in order to register. If you don’t have an account, you will need to create one. Descriptions of the available tours, and other programming, are available here. Please note that the cultural tours have reached their capacity, and we are not able to accept any more sign-ups.
You may join OHA or renew your membership as part of Annual Meeting registration. OHA has a calendar year membership. Renewals will receive membership through Dec 31, 2019. If you are joining OHA, you will receive membership for the year 2018 if you join before Aug 15. If you join after Aug 15, you will receive membership for the remainder of 2018 and 2019.
2018 Conference Fees (All fees are listed in USD):
Member with Institutional Support: $165 until August 15; $190 beginning August 16
Member Independent Scholar: $145 until August 15; $170 beginning August 16
Member Student: $50
Non-Member Student: $125
Family Member of Meeting Attendee: $35
